What data we collect and why
Your email address, the chosen area (coordinates and name), order information, the payment identifier, and, if an invoice for a company or organisation is requested, its name, code and address. These data are needed to conclude and perform the contract: to prepare the file, send the link and invoice, and answer questions (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep invoices and related data because accounting law requires it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)). Bank details are handled by Paysera; we do not receive them. Every sheet of a kit PDF shows the buyer’s email and order number — this protects the file from unauthorised distribution.
Family action plan
What we do not receive. We neither receive nor store the plan data — family members’ names, children’s ages, place names, addresses, routes, shelters. They are processed only in your browser: routes and the nearest shelters are calculated on your device, and the PDF file is created there too.
What we receive. Nothing that would identify you: the plan is free, so no sign-up, email or payment is needed.
Where the plan data are kept. While you fill in the form, the draft is kept in your browser storage (localStorage) so that your work is not lost if you close the page. You can delete it at any time with the “Delete the data from this device” button; if the draft is not changed for 60 days, it is deleted automatically. The downloaded PDF file contains the plan data (they are needed for updates): keep the file as you would other personal documents.
Map data. If route calculation is turned on, your browser downloads public street and shelter data from our server for the roughly 10 × 11 km squares that contain the places you entered. As when visiting any website, the server logs record your IP address and the files downloaded, so they show only the approximate area, not the addresses or who they belong to. We do not use these logs for any other purpose.
Children’s data. Children’s names and ages are entered into the plan by their parents or guardians; these data stay on their device and are not passed to us.
Who we share data with
Paysera (payments) and Hostinger, the website hosting and email provider; data are processed in the European Union. Your browser contacts OpenStreetMap Nominatim (address search) and geoportal.lt (location picker map) directly: they receive the search text or map area and, as with any website, your IP address. The family plan page does not contact third-party servers: map data, fonts and the application are served from our server. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep data
We keep invoices and related order data for as long as accounting law requires (10 years). Generated files are deleted one week after the link expires. Unpaid orders are deleted after one day.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (for the session and protection against forged requests). The family plan draft is kept in your browser storage on your device (see above) and is not sent to us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data (unless accounting requirements prevent it) by writing to info@landnav.eu. You can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Kokius duomenis renkame ir kodėl
El. pašto adresą, pasirinktą vietovę (koordinates ir pavadinimą), užsakymo informaciją, mokėjimo identifikatorių, o jei prašoma sąskaitos įmonei ar organizacijai — jos pavadinimą, kodą ir adresą. Šių duomenų reikia sutarčiai sudaryti ir įvykdyti: paruošti failą, atsiųsti nuorodą ir sąskaitą faktūrą, atsakyti į klausimus (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. b p.). Sąskaitas ir su jomis susijusius duomenis saugome, nes to reikalauja buhalterinės apskaitos teisės aktai (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. c p.). Banko duomenis tvarko Paysera, mes jų negauname. Kiekviename rinkinio PDF lape nurodomas pirkėjo el. paštas ir užsakymo numeris — tai apsaugo failą nuo neteisėto platinimo.
Šeimos veiksmų planas
Ko negauname. Plano duomenų — šeimos narių vardų, vaikų amžiaus, vietų pavadinimų, adresų, maršrutų, priedangų — mes negauname ir nesaugome. Jie apdorojami tik jūsų naršyklėje: maršrutai ir artimiausios priedangos apskaičiuojami jūsų įrenginyje, PDF failas sukuriamas jame pat.
Ką gauname. Nieko, kas jus identifikuotų: planas nemokamas, todėl nereikia nei registracijos, nei el. pašto, nei mokėjimo.
Kur laikomi plano duomenys. Kol pildote formą, juodraštis laikomas jūsų naršyklės saugykloje (localStorage), kad uždarius puslapį darbas nedingtų. Jį bet kada ištrinsite mygtuku „Ištrinti duomenis iš šio įrenginio“; jei juodraščio nekeičiate 60 dienų, jis ištrinamas automatiškai. Atsisiųstame PDF faile yra plano duomenys (jų reikia atnaujinimui): saugokite failą kaip ir kitus asmeninius dokumentus.
Žemėlapio duomenys. Įjungus maršrutų skaičiavimą, jūsų naršyklė iš mūsų serverio atsisiunčia viešus gatvių ir priedangų duomenis tų maždaug 10 × 11 km kvadratų, kuriuose yra jūsų įrašytos vietos. Kaip ir lankantis bet kurioje svetainėje, serverio žurnaluose fiksuojamas jūsų IP adresas ir atsisiųsti failai, todėl iš jų matyti tik apytikslė vietovė, bet ne adresai ir ne tai, kam jie priklauso. Šių žurnalų nenaudojame jokiam kitam tikslui.
Vaikų duomenys. Vaikų vardus ir amžių planui įrašo tėvai ar globėjai; šie duomenys lieka jų įrenginyje ir mums neperduodami.
Kam perduodame
Paysera (mokėjimai) ir svetainės talpinimo bei el. pašto paslaugų teikėjui Hostinger; duomenys tvarkomi Europos Sąjungoje. Naršyklė tiesiogiai kreipiasi į OpenStreetMap Nominatim (adresų paieška) ir geoportal.lt (vietos parinkimo žemėlapis): jiems perduodamas paieškos tekstas ar žemėlapio sritis ir, kaip ir lankantis bet kurioje svetainėje, jūsų IP adresas. Šeimos plano puslapis į trečiųjų šalių serverius nesikreipia: žemėlapio duomenys, šriftai ir programa siunčiami iš mūsų serverio. Duomenų neparduodame ir reklamai nenaudojame.
Kiek laiko saugome
Sąskaitas faktūras ir su jomis susijusius užsakymo duomenis saugome tiek, kiek reikalauja buhalterinės apskaitos teisės aktai (10 metų). Sugeneruoti failai ištrinami praėjus savaitei po nuorodos galiojimo pabaigos. Neapmokėti užsakymai ištrinami po paros.
Slapukai
Naudojame tik būtinus slapukus (sesijai ir apsaugai nuo suklastotų užklausų). Šeimos plano juodraštis laikomas naršyklės saugykloje jūsų įrenginyje (žr. aukščiau) ir mums nesiunčiamas. Reklaminių ar sekimo slapukų nenaudojame.
